Dear Geoffrey,
Please allow me to say "thank you" for the job your team did in re-application of the sealer.
Ms. Joyce Zhang was extremely pleasant to work with and did a great job of overseeing the application and working with our Plant Manager to coordinate the process.
In addition to the great job by Ms. Zhang, all of the crew members worked hard, were pleasant to work with, and showed a lot of determination in getting the job done right.
It is not common these days to have this level of professionalism in a work crew, congratulations in putting a good team together.
